Research Director, Qualitative Lead

Are you a qualitative researcher with a knack for strategic thinking and attention to detail? In this role, you’ll own projects from start to finish, managing everything from proposals to client report-outs. You’ll moderate research sessions across formats, with a focus on healthcare, and craft screeners and discussion guides that spark meaningful insights. You’ll turn data into meaningful stories, delivering clear, engaging reports and insights that reveal the “why” behind the “what” to drive action.

As a lead, you’ll mentor junior researchers, share your expertise in client and project management, and build authentic client relationships that drive business growth. We’re looking for a confident, client-focused professional ready to lead high-impact research and help grow our team.

Research Director, Quantitative Lead

We’re looking for a Quantitative Research Lead who excels at combining strategic thinking with precision. You’ll own projects from start to finish, designing studies like ATUs, concept testing, and segmentation, and delivering insights that make an impact. With a focus on healthcare clients, you’ll transform data into meaningful stories, revealing the “why” behind the “what” to drive action.
